Well, you're not alone, and it's not your fault. What you're experiencing is something called sympathetic overdrive, also known as the fight or flight response. It's a nonstop stress condition that's at the very core of some of today's biggest health problems, like brain fog, anxiety, depression, fatigue, irrational responses, feeling excessively burnt out, and dealing with mystery symptoms.
And it's a survival mechanism that, once upon a time, was only for actual lions and tigers and other situations with imminent danger.
But nowadays, with so much constant stress in our lives, we just can't turn off our stress response and truly allow ourselves and our bodies to simply relax.
But there is a solution!
And unlike the thousands of other so-called 'treatments', it's a solution that could potentially transform the way you respond to stress and life forever.
So you never have to endure the suffering of excessive anxiety or fear again.
But of course, if you're like most people who deal with panic attacks, irrational insecurity, never-ending fear, and even full-blown depression, well, it's usually hard to believe anything can get better because you're always bumping up against your own negative internal dialogue.
Well, again, you're not alone.
Your mind has a very limited stress response reserve, which is your physiological ability to helpfully respond to stress. And when that reserve or your ability to helpfully respond to stress is used up, it's like trying to write a check from an overdrawn bank account.
In fact, your body is very much like a bank...
You see, you can only make so many withdrawals before you're bankrupt.
In other words, when you're burnt out as a result of dealing with non-stop stress, there's nothing left for you to give anyone much less yourself, and it leaves you feeling even more emotionally exhausted and your body nutritionally depleted, leaving you feeling simply defeated.
And until you find the right way to manage your problems so that you can stop making your body a bank, you'll likely continue to feel panic, anxiety-ridden, anxious, and way too stressed. You may even have a feeling of impending doom and outright depression for years to come, but please do take a sigh of relief because you are not alone in feeling this way.
This current epidemic of sympathetic overdrive is currently affecting millions of people worldwide, and it's mostly due to how stressful and exhausting modern life can be.
Heck, did you know that just looking at blue light on your smartphone, computer, and TV triggers the fight or flight response and drains your body of energy?
When you have no energy you also have no ability to relax.
And when you can't relax, it makes your mind go out of control. You know the feeling when the noise in your head is so loud that you're never, ever free from feeling stress. Stress that's so pervasive, you can literally become emotionally trapped in a state of never-ending anxiety and panic about what's going to happen to you and your family next.
Now that stress has a name, it's called Cortisol. Cortisol is a stress hormone that gives you the feeling of impending doom in the pit of your stomach.
And any time you feel stressed out, anxiety-ridden, anxious, or just plain afraid of what could happen to you.
Cortisol and other chemicals flood your bloodstream and you get this sort of happy feeling. Chemicals like dopamine and serotonin (excitement hormones) tend to stay in your bloodstream for about five minutes, so there are fleeting sensations making happiness a fleeting feeling.
However, cortisol can stay in your bloodstream longer than your happy chemicals can due to certain nutritional deficiencies, nutritional deficiencies like a magnesium deficiency can constantly trigger the release of the fear-inducing stress hormones again and again without any reprieve. It's a sick joke, right?
With that in mind, I want you to read this because believe it or not, there's another reason you can't free yourself from feeling stressed, anxious, depressed, and fearful.
You see, as human beings, we are the only animal species that can torture ourselves for the same thing over and over again in our imagination. And it's true. Even when the actual danger or problem has long passed, we just can't turn it off, which is what every other animal does once the sign of danger has passed.
It's a protective mechanism that's programmed into our very own DNA.
It's called negative bias.
I know it sounds complicated, but it's really not. All it means is that you're always scanning for problems or anticipating problems that often won't even end up happening. But imagining problems, even if they don't happen, affects your body, in the same way, experiencing real danger does.
And as you probably know, when things actually are bad, negative bias will never let you rest or let you be yourself and fully recover from the seemingly never-ending onslaught of life's problems. This unending stress keeps your fear and anxiety levels pedal to the metal.
But the downward spiral gets worse because if you're like me, you probably turn to comfort foods like cookies, chips, ice cream, cakes, wine, beer, hard alcohol just to deal with the stress.
Of course, that only compounds the problem that's making being you such an incredible nightmare.
Now I want to make one last point quickly.
I want you to imagine everything that triggers fear, anxiety, and panic within you. Maybe it's feeling like things will just never get any better.
Whatever it is, I want you to imagine that everything you're feeling gets stored in a backpack you wear and take with you everywhere you go. 24/7!
Well, eventually that backpack is going to fill up with so much worry about your problems and so-called failures and overall negative emotions that it becomes hard to function on a day-to-day basis.
That's what happens when you're so bogged down by everything your brain is trying to process. It accumulates, and your body never lets go of the stress because it can't.
For years I have been trying to help people find and address the cause of this awful problem. It can be painful to watch people suffer from so much anxiety and stress until the point where they feel paralyzed in their own bodies because they are unable to live a normal life.
That is why I have put together this program. To finally help you manage your anxiety, stress, and depression by teaching you healthy and natural coping techniques that will lower the cortisol level in your blood and enable you to live a normal life again.
Why Do I Want to Help You?
Over the years, I have seen other doctors try different forms of therapy and medication on kids and adults with ADHD, tic disorder, autism, and other mental health disorders. Treatments that are supposed to help them cope with the associated stress and anxiety that they experience.
These treatments range from antidepressants and sedatives (Clonazepam and Alprazolam) to 1:1 talk therapy and group sessions.
But guess what? None of these treatments provided a permanent or reliable solution. I know this because some of these people have been my patients.
They felt hopeless and helpless. They were stuck with all that emotional torture and felt sick whenever they needed a refill on their prescription. Trust me, they didn't want to live their life on Xanax. Neither should you.
Feeling embarrassed and sweeping it under the carpet was also a common problem and a never-ending cycle that they went through. That is why you need to do something about it NOW.
Our team of psychologists have discovered why most of these so-called 'anxiety treatments' are failing. We've looked at hundreds of cases with people in conventional careers, parents, young couples, students, people with attention disorders and people who've been through some form of trauma. We came out with one conclusion.
The big mistake is when you ask your friend, family, supervisors, dates or even your doctor for advice, not realizing that they don't know what you're going through and are only going to help you cope with the physical illnesses/symptoms caused by these mental health problems and not the problem itself.
When trying to beat stress and anxiety disorders, you shouldn't be looking for doctors or people who have not experienced the problem before to help you. Anxiety and stress are created by your emotions and reactions to certain situations or events. You need management strategies from people who have dealt with the same mental health condition that you have.

And so when you visit a doctor, he/she will try to help you cope with those physical symptoms and won't be looking for an emotional cause. This wastes a lot of time and money as people seek treatment for the wrong illness.
Let me use a simple example to help you understand what I mean when I say doctors sometimes get the diagnosis wrong.
Let's say that you are constantly experiencing lower back pain whenever you come back home from work. So you decide to go to a doctor who sees some inflammation (physical symptom), thinks you pulled a muscle, and then prescribes some pain killers like Aspirin.
Your doctor is not seeing the work stress that you may have gone through for the past few months. Anger, frustration, and mood swings (emotional cause) bring about work stress.
When these emotions collide, stress takes control over you. You go through posture changes that you do not even realize are happening. These posture changes are caused by negative emotions and over time put pressure on your spine and may cause you to experience that lower back pain.
That is just one of the ways that millions of people who are experiencing stress and anxiety get trapped into believing they need medicine or expensive pills to survive.
Medication can not heal your emotions!

Why Are Teens Always Stressed Out?
Although it's easy to forget sometimes in our busy lives, we were all teenagers once! Being a teenager is challenging. They have chaotic schedules and pressures at school. They’re navigating the world and trying to find the bridge between being a child and an adult. It’s not an easy task!
With hormones and developing brains, teenagers often feel an intense amount of stress. As parents and guardians, it's always worth taking a few minutes to consider how your teenager may be suffering from stress and work out some simple, positive ways to help them cope and thrive!
You can’t read your teenager's mind. What you can do, however, is offer support.

What Causes Social Anxiety Disorders?
However, that's not to say that shyness can't cause social anxiety over time.

2. Unconscious anxiety. Medical experts believe unconscious anxiety can explain some cases of attention deficit disorders.
- Unconscious anxiety occurs when you don’t recognize you’re actually suffering from worry and concern. You have trouble concentrating, so you blame it on your poor attention span. However, in reality, your unconscious anxiety is actually preventing you from being able to focus.
- The root of this anxiety can be buried among deeper emotional issues.
3. Overlapping symptoms. The symptoms of anxiety and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder can overlap. The shared symptoms can include having trouble concentrating and focusing on one task. They can also include not having control over your impulses, being irritable, feeling scared and being afraid to try new things.
- It’s not always easy to tell apart anxiety and attention disorders.
5. The role of learning disabilities. It’s important to avoid overlooking learning disabilities that can exacerbate anxiety and attention issues. Researchers have noticed that all three issues can occur together.
In some cases, learning disabilities are not caught right away as a child starts school. Children are sometimes able to compensate for their learning disabilities, so the issues go undiagnosed.
- However, anxiety and attention disorders can be worse in children with learning disabilities. By focusing on the learning issues, these kids have the chance to succeed in school and reduce their anxiety.
- A child with a learning disability can feel anxious before every test or quiz in school and try to avoid classes. In addition, the same child can be so stressed out that they’re unable to concentrate on the simplest tasks. The learning disability makes these issues stronger and more difficult to treat.
- It’s important to note that kids aren’t the only ones who suffer from all three conditions. Adults can spend years being misdiagnosed or not getting the proper treatments.

Now let's get something out of the way.
Before I begin sharing what you will find in this program, you need to be 100% certain that you have an anxiety disorder. To do that, you must understand that feeling a bit anxious when facing major life events is not a cause for concern.

1. Do you ever get a blank mind around people? That could mean that you do not know what to say in conversations, even leading to embarrassing and awkward silences or needing someone else to start/continue the conversation.
2. Do you feel nervous before public speaking or having to give a speech at meetings or school? For example: feeling tense, sweating, shaking, or feeling your heart beating fast before speaking in front of a group of people.
3. Do you find it hard to talk and connect with new people? That can lead to not keeping any real friends, being introverted, and perhaps being a virgin much longer than expected.
4. Do you have imaginary conversations with people in your head? These are often people you feel have a higher authority than you. You may feel scared to talk to or argue with them in real life.
5. Do you often find yourself being taken advantage of by other people? That means always saying yes to people such as your boss, your friends, or perhaps even your spouse.
6. Do you often feel very self-conscious? That means you are insecure and afraid of your appearance. You are painfully aware of everything you say and do when you know people are watching.
If you answered YES to all or any of the questions above, then you have a social anxiety disorder/ generalized anxiety disorder. So what causes specific anxiety disorders? Why are you like this? Is it genetics? A chemical imbalance (Cortisol)? Was it the way your parents raised you? Well, it's time to find out!

What is CBT?
Have you ever heard of self improvement programmes like Toastmasters or Dale Carnegie?
Well one component which gives these courses so much success is that they expose you to situations that you're afraid of and teach you how to conduct yourself in a more appropriate manner. In this case, that fear would be to speak in front of an audience.
Now that component which is used in Toastmasters and Dale Carnegie is actually one part of CBT. That is a type of therapy which consists of 3 important parts.
1. Cognitive therapy, which focuses mainly on on correcting negative thought patterns.
2. Behavioral therapy, which involves exposing you to a situation where you feel uncomfortable and help you understand that it's completely normal and correct your unwanted behavioral patterns. This is what self-improvement courses usually use.
3. Lastly, mindfulness-based therapy. This is an approach that uses mindfulness meditative practices and teaches you how to have a present-oriented, non-judgmental attitude towards yourself.
Patients, therapists, and insurance companies often prefer cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). It’s quicker than most other forms of psychological treatment, and a growing body of research shows that it works.
One of the main benefits of CBT is that it trains you to be your own therapist. You learn to change your thinking and develop more effective ways of coping.
